Availability Guarantee: WebTown.net guarantees to have it's web services be available 99% of the time except for pre planned scheduled down times, and, as set forth below, WebTown.net will credit Customer's account if WebTown.net fails to meet this Availability Guarantee during any given calendar month.

Under this agreement, at Customer's request, WebTown.net will calculate Customer's "Network Unavailability" in a calendar month. "Network Unavailability" consists of the number of minutes that the FiberCast network and/or WebTown.net web services was not available to Internet, but will not include unavailability continuing for an hour or less which Customer fails to report to WebTown.net within five days, or any unavailability resulting from (a) FiberCast Corporation or WebTown.net network maintenance, (b) Customer's applications, equipment, or facilities, (c) acts or omissions of Customer, or any use or user of the service authorized by Customer or (d) reasons of Force Majeure. For each cumulative hour of Network Unavailability or fraction thereof in any calendar month, Customer's account shall be credited for the pro-rated charges for one day of the WebTown.net Monthly Fee for the service with respect to which this Guarantee has not been met.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with WebTown.net's virtual web hosting services within the first 30 days of service, you can get a full refund of the monthly service fee's paid excluding any setup fees, domain registration or transfer fees, or other charges related to setup or utilization of the service.

Setup fees are refundable only if the account  is canceled prior to activation.

Requests for cancellation of services and refund must be submitted in writing via either US Postal Service or E-mail, and it must be received by us prior to the close of business on or before the 30th day of service and your account must be paid in full.  Date of service begins on the day that your service was ordered.

No refund is available after the 30th day. This policy does not apply to any services or additional services not specifically mentioned herein.
